Replacement warranty

Invalid on first login

If a purchased account does not work on first login, we replace it for free. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds

If a replacement is not possible (the item is out of stock), funds are returned via the same payment method after the case is reviewed.

Warranty terms

The warranty applies when usage rules are followed: first login from a clean IP or proxy, no mass actions in the first minutes. Details are in the offer.

How delivery works

Delivery is fully automated and works 24/7: as soon as the payment is confirmed, account credentials appear on your order page.

Delivery formats

The base format is login:pass; depending on the listing, cookies, email access and a 2FA key are included. The exact contents are stated on the product card before purchase.
